Continuous Delivery for Majestic Monoliths

While microservices are all the rage these days, for many organisations the overhead and complexity required to manage and orchestrate a microservices application doesn’t make sense. Just because you don't "do micro-services", doesn't mean you can't deploy frequently and confidently. This session covered techniques to take your monolith on the journey to continuous delivery, drawing on real-world examples to to illustrate how feature-flags, Platform-as-a-Service, and blue-green deployments can be stepping stones to deploying frequently, and without downtime.
